1. What is the best way to tie a knot with wire?
Our group discovered that the best way to tie a knot with a wire was by making a small loop and then connecting it with another loop on the other side of the wire. This knot had to be very tight to make sure the knot would not come undone.
2. How does wire thickness affect the sturdiness?
We found that the thicker the wire, the stronger the geometrical structure would be. We used a thinner wire than other groups did, which was part of the reason we struggled making our sphere.
3. How can the wire stay together and hold up on its own?
If each corner is knotted tightly, then the structure can be stand on its own more successfully.
